«Sehr gut ausgestattet, liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit vielen kleinen Details und einer wunderschönen Terrasse mit Ausblick auf See und Berge. Wir haben es genossen, dort zu frühstücken und abends zu sitzen. Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Gastgeberin mit schneller Kommunikation. Auch das Fahrrad konnte untergestellt werden. Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern sehr hilfreich.»

What an absolutely wonderful stay! Emanuela was such a gracious host, and her place turned out to be the perfect spot for our workation in Colico. We came looking for somewhere quiet and inspiring to focus on creative work, and honestly, this exceeded every expectation we had. The house itself was even better than the photos in the listing - incredibly clean, cozy rooms, and areally well-equipped kitchen that made coming back from a day out feel like coming home. The views are genuinely breathtaking. We hiked up Monte Legnone one day, and between the lake, the mountains. After dinners in town or hikes, returning home was always one of the best parts of the day. And the cherry on top - Emanuela surprised us with freshly baked buns! Such a thoughtful, wholesome gesture that really made us feel welcomed and cared for.
​If you’re looking for a genuinely good place to stay in Colico - whether for work, hiking, or just slowing down - I cant recommend this enough. Grazie mille Emanuela!

​Super Nette Familie. Sehr schönes Haus mit riesiger Terasse .Gastgeberin Emmanuella hat an alles gedacht was die Gäste benötigen. Sogar stehen Nespresso Pads zur Verfügung.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden wir weiter empfehlen.

Perfect family stay at Lake Como – Highly recommended! We stayed at this wonderful apartment near Lake Como for 13 nights with my wife and our two young children (a 2-year-old and a 2-month-old baby), and we couldn't have asked for a better place. The apartment was extremely clean, beautifully decorated, and spacious enough for a young family. The great balcony was one of our favorite spots – filled with beautiful flowers and plants, and equipped with comfortable sun loungers, it offered a peaceful place to eat, drink and relax while enjoying the stunning view over lake Como. There were excellent facilities for children, which made our stay even more comfortable and stress-free. It’s clear that families are very welcome here. The location in the northern part of Lake Como is ideal – a quiet and peaceful area surrounded by impressive mountains. It's also a perfect base for exploring both the popular tourist destinations and the quieter, more authentic spots around the lake. Everything was easy to reach and well-connected. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcome from the very beginning and were always available if we needed anything. We highly recommend this apartment, for everyone looking to enjoy the beauty and serenity of Lake Como in comfort!»
